self-invested personal pensions (SIPP)

InvestmentIf you are investing larger sums into a pension, you may wish to consider a SIPP. The Pension Schemes Office allows SIPPs a wider investment range including Direct Stocks & Shares investments, Investment Trusts and Unit Trusts and purchasing Commercial Property. The SIPP can also borrow money in order to help fund the purchase of a Commercial Property and as such this type of arrangement is often attractive to Controlling Directors and Self-Employed individuals.

A brief explanation of each of the various types of Pension Scheme is available from the menu opposite >
