Mark Copsey - Operations Manager
Mark has a varied role within the business, reporting directly to the Board. Mark takes responsibility for the management of our office staff, development of our practices/procedures and management reporting. His role is critical to our Business strategy and development and he also oversees our internal IT infrastructure. Mark has a depth of knowledge with industry experience gained via spells in both banking and insurance, dating back to 1994. Mark has specialised in the Financial Sector since 1998 and has been with Unizone since its inception. As a motorsport enthusiast Mark can often be found at various race tracks around the UK, or racing his kart at his local club.

Richard Kerr – Compliance Director
Richard reports to the Board and his key responsibilities include Risk Management and providing input to the strategic planning of the firm. Richard also ensures all regulatory obligations are met and he monitors the quality of advice being provided throughout the firm. Prior to joining Unizone, Richard has worked for a number of firms within financial services over the last 20 years including being a co-founder of a successful consultancy practice offering compliance and strategic business development support services to directly authorised Independent Financial Advisers. Richard enjoys walking, playing golf and spending as much time as possible with his identical twin girls.
