Neil Donnelly - Managing Director

Neil co-founded Unizone in August 2002. He has the responsibility for the Company finances and a strategic role on the board, including the formation of the strategic business plan. In an advisory capacity Neil specialises in post and pre retirement planning for individuals and companies. He is also heavily involved in the investment property market providing finance for investment property purchases. With 20 years experience in the industry, initial financial experience was achieved in personal and corporate advisory roles with Nat West in London. Prior to setting up Unizone subsequent positions have been with independent financial adviser businesses initially as an employee and latterly as a business owner.

Richard Prudence - Director

Richard co-founded Unizone in August 2002 and holds a strategic place on the board. His role includes overall responsibility for ensuring Unizone’s compliance with the stringent requirements laid down by industry regulator The Financial Services Authority. In an advisory role Richard specialises in investment portfolio planning as well as inheritance tax planning and acts as adviser to many trusts and charities. With 22 years industry experience, including time spent with some of the UK’s largest Accountancy and Tax Specialists, Richard brings a wealth of experience to the business. 		Richard Prudence

Paul Southgate - Director

Paul holds a strategic role on the board and his responsibilities include HR & Personnel, Administration, and the overseeing of Group Scheme Arrangements. Paul has 13 years experience in the Financial Services industry, initially working as a Pension and Investment administrator before qualifying as an advisor in 2000. Paul is qualified to advise on all aspects of financial planning, specialising in pre and post retirement planning for individuals and companies. 		Paul Southgate

Paul Davey - Director

As well as advising clients Paul holds a strategic position on the board, responsible for the introduction of Unizone's robust in-house investment process. The process sees Paul researching and analysing the vast range of investment houses and funds that are available to investors, this includes meetings with the fund managers themselves. From this research, portfolios are then constructed using a rigid selection and de-selection criteria. These portfolios are tailored specifically to individual client needs. The process is reviewed frequently to ensure that individual fund objectives continue to be met. With 22 years industry experience mainly working for investment houses and life companies (including offshore), Paul brings a wealth of investment experience to the business. 		Paul Davey

Andy Frettingham – Director

Andy holds a strategic position on the board and has gained industry experience dating back to 1981 having worked for both large and small UK based insurers up until he joined Unizone. His role on the board includes the promotion and marketing of the company and in an advisory capacity, Andy provides advice to corporate and individual clients on all aspects of financial planning with a particular bias towards pre and post retirement planning solutions. With his background Andy brings a wealth of experience to the company.
