3. You agree that we may use the information that we hold about you to contact you from time to time by post, fax, e-mail or telephone to bring to your attention additional products or services that may be of benefit to you.
4. We agree that any consent given by you under paragraph 3 above may be withdrawn by you at any time by contacting us in writing at the address shown at the bottom of this page.
 5. You permit us to disclose personal information that we hold about you to your spouse or partner.
6. You agree that we may also use your information for statistical and research purposes.
7. In order to detect and prevent crime, you permit us to share information with other Authorised or Regulated Businesses, the Inland Revenue, the Financial Services Authority and HM Government Law Enforcement Agencies.
8. We agree to supply to you, on demand, copies of personal information that we hold about you. We undertake to maintain such records for a period of at least six years.
